Time to Wrap Your Feet
Rid yourself of that nasty cold in record time! How? Take five to seven sheets of aluminum foil and wrap them around your feet. Leave them on for about an hour. Then, remove the foil to let your feet breathe for about an hour before rewrapping them. Repeat this process every evening. After just two nights, you will notice the difference! Pain Relief
Wrapping your joints in a sheet of aluminum foil can also help alleviate pain. To keep the foil in place, use a bandage. Wrap the foil around the painful joint before bed and secure it with the bandage. Leave it on throughout the night. Repeat this process for about seven nights for the best results.
Fatigue
Our last tip is perfect for combating fatigue. Place a few sheets of aluminum foil in the freezer for two to four hours. Then, put the chilled sheets on your face, especially on your eyelids and cheeks. Get comfortable, and you’ll soon start to feel the relaxing effect of the aluminum foil. We haven’t tried this ourselves yet, but many people swear by it. Definitely worth a try!
